Double-column CNC Automatic

Double-column CNC automatic bandsaws - the feed into cut is facilitated by an industrial servo motor with a new control system and control panel. Workpiece clamping and arm feed into and out of the cut are controlled by hydraulics. The accuracy and high quality of the cut and long service life of the machine are ensured by the massive construction of the saw arm and individual components, including especially robust construction of the feeding system and machine base. Double column support of the bandsaw arm on linear guiding ensures maximum rigidity of the whole system and the precision of the cut.
