Excellent sawmill blade made of C75 alloy steel, manufactured specially for Pilous on the basis of our long-term experience. High teeth setting and geometry accuracy. Excellent combination of high durability and fatigue strength. The blade is supplied sharp, set and polished. Unique process of induction hardening of the tooth tip ensures extraordinary durability of the cutting edge. Tooth cutting edge hardness from 60 up to 62 HRC.

MAXWOOD Flex Back
Sawmill blades with increased flexibility and resistance for maximum performance. Its properties reside in double heat treatment for improved flexibility and durability. The bearing body is heat treated to 38 HRC. Thus, great hardness together with flexural strength is achieved = reduction of the risk of rupture. Tooth cutting edge hardness up to 62 HRC. The blade is supplied sharp and set.

MAXWOOD-S
Excellent, durable carrier C75 alloy steel with the addition of nickel achieves hardness of 41–43 HRC. Therefore, the tooth tips do not require any further heat treatment. The blade is characterized by high flex life. The teeth of the sawmill blade are nor set neither sharpened.
