The driven ZKM log deck (3 m long, 2 m wide) allows storage and transportation of logs with a total weight of up to 15 000 kg and a maximum length of up to 9 m. This is the cheapest variant of the mobile deck. The advantage is the safe, fast and comfortable feeding of logs by means of chains that are independently controlled by hydraulic motors. Together with hydraulic double-arm log loaders (see sawmill accessories), it significantly increases the productivity of the entire cutting process and reduces secondary handling times to a minimum. The log deck can be equipped with a three-meter extension section with separate hydraulic motors. For safety reasons, we recommend fitting the end of the loader with ZAK stops (see accessories). The deck is controlled directly from the control panel of the saw using levers.

It prevents logs from falling out of the deck accidentally. It is recommended as an end stop for every log deck.
